From an early age, I chose a path shaped by real-world experience rather than convention. At 16, instead of following the traditional academic route, I entered the world of business hands-on—working across administration, invoicing, credit control, and debt collection. While not glamorous, these early experiences instilled discipline, resilience, and a practical understanding of how businesses operate and grow.
My journey began alongside my father, Mr Tony Zammit, founder of CSB Group in 1987. Built initially within recruitment and debt collection services, the business laid the foundation for what would become one of Malta’s leading corporate service providers. His guidance and belief in giving me responsibility from a young age played a defining role in shaping my entrepreneurial mindset. His words—“It’s good to dream”—remain a guiding principle to this day.
Over the past three decades, I have progressed through every level of the organisation, gaining experience across corporate services, financial advisory, and international business structuring. Today, I serve as Group CEO of CSB Group, a multidisciplinary organisation of over 100 professionals supporting a global client base that includes entrepreneurs, multinational companies, law and audit firms, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.
Under my leadership, CSB Group has expanded its presence across multiple sectors, including luxury real estate and flexible workspace solutions through strategic partnerships and brand development. These include the introduction of Malta Sotheby’s International Realty, serving high-end property clients and investors, and our long-standing partnership with Regus (IWG plc), operating premium business centres across Malta.
More recently, I founded UNICO Yachting, a natural extension of CSB Group’s advisory and luxury client services. UNICO Yachting is dedicated to yacht brokerage, charter, and maritime solutions, with a strong focus on yacht registration under the Malta Flag. It reflects the evolution of our Group into the superyacht sector, combining regulatory expertise, structured ownership solutions, and a highly personalised client approach.
For me, the maritime world represents freedom, precision, and opportunity. UNICO Yachting was created to bring together these values—delivering a trusted, discreet, and comprehensive service for yacht owners, captains, and advisors navigating international waters and regulatory frameworks.
At the core of everything I do remains a belief in long-term relationships, trust, and excellence in execution. As my father always reminded me: “It’s good to dream.” Today, those words continue to define not only my journey – but the foundations of CSB Group and UNICO Yachting alike.
