About Luana
Luana Agius is a lawyer and Senior Legal Advisor at CSB Group, where she forms part of the Shipping & Yachting department while also supporting the Commercial and Corporate law teams with a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.
Luana joined CSB Group in 2022 as a Junior Regulated Industries Advisor, before being promoted to Legal Advisor in 2024. In 2026, she was appointed Senior Advisor – Legal, reflecting her growing role within the firm and her contribution to both maritime and corporate client work. In her current role, she assists with yacht and ship-related legal matters, alongside corporate advisory services including company administration and regulatory support.
Through her work within the Shipping & Yachting function, Luana supports clients on matters related to yacht ownership structures and yacht registration services in Malta, as part of CSB Group’s integrated maritime and corporate offering.
Luana holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Malta, followed by a Master of Advocacy. Her academic background includes research on comparative legal interpretation, with a focus on Maltese and English law frameworks.
She began her legal career in 2018 as a trainee within a litigation law firm in Valletta, where she gained experience across civil law, employment law, and corporate and commercial matters. This early exposure provided her with a broad legal foundation that she continues to build upon in her current advisory role.
Luana is admitted to the Maltese Bar and is a member of the Malta Maritime Law Association
